Policies

Weather & Safety Policy 

Aerial operations are weather-dependent. In the event of unsafe conditions such as high winds, rain, fog, or other hazards, flights may be postponed or rescheduled. Clients will be notified via email as soon as possible to arrange a new date. 

Payment Policy 

Payment is required prior to delivery of final images or video unless otherwise agreed in writing. 

Payment Methods Accepted 

Venmo and cash. Payment is due prior to delivery of final images unless otherwise agreed in writing. 

Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy 

Clients may reschedule due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee. 

Delivery Timeline 

Final edited images are typically delivered within 2–5 business days, depending on project scope.

FAA & Legal Compliance 

All flights are conducted in compliance with FAA Part 107 regulations and local airspace requirements. 

Editing Policy 

Final images & videos are lightly edited to enhance color, exposure, sharpness, and overall clarity. Extensive retouching or advanced edits are not included unless requested and quoted separately. (Raw files are not delivered unless otherwise agreed upon.)

Client & Flight Policy

Bass Aerial Services is committed to providing safe, professional aerial imagery while prioritizing client satisfaction and FAA compliance. All flights are conducted under FAA Part 107 regulations and are subject to weather, airspace, and safety conditions.

If conditions are unsafe or restricted, clients will be contacted to reschedule at no additional charge. Image delivery includes light editing to enhance quality. Additional editing or special requests can be discussed and quoted separately.

Airspace & Flight Restrictions Policy

All flights are conducted in compliance with FAA regulations. Some locations—such as areas near airports, controlled airspace, or restricted zones—may require additional authorization or may not be eligible for flight.

If a requested location falls within restricted or controlled airspace and approval cannot be obtained, services may be declined or rescheduled at no charge. Clients will be notified in advance if airspace restrictions affect their project.
